| FUNDRAISING / APPEALS We are a small rescue which is entirely self-funded, relying on the generous support of the public and the income from our many fundraising events throughout the year, such as Car Boot Sales, Open Garden Days, Fun Dog Shows, etc We have a small group of volunteers who work very hard arranging events, setting them up, working behind a stall, collecting goods for Tombolas, etc, as well as making things to sell, home baking, knitting - every little helps!!! HOW WE RAISE FUNDS FOR THE ANIMALS DONATIONS OF UNWANTED GOODS - We always need donations of bric-a-brac, and unwanted gifts for Tombolas, as well as to sell on at car boot sales, and on Ebay. If you are having a clear out - please think of us! We can collect!!! Car Boot Sales - We hold these in the summer months - See our event section for details. Come along and sell your unwanted items too! Fundraising events - We hold various events throughout the year - See our event section for details FUNDRAISING FOR US! If you would like to help us by holding a fundraising event on our behalf, please let us know - It could be a garage sale, car boot, Sponsored walk/Swim/Silence. etc, or a Jumble sale, Coffee morning maybe? These cost just £5 each and are the purrfect present for friends and family all year round.
